Return & Refund Policy – SelamatStore

At SelamatStore, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy makes your experience smooth and transparent.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Attars, Perfumes, Bakhoor, and other fragrance products once opened

  • Personal care and hygiene items

  • Clearance or sale items


2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@selamatstore.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  4. Once approved, ship the item back to our provided address using a reliable courier service.

Please note:

  • The product must reach us in unused and resalable condition.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days of approval, please contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images or video proof of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not support direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return request and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow the return policy instead.
